We’ve refreshed the Pipeline page to help you better manage your candidates on Messly and improve your conversion. Here’s what’s new and how to make the most of it.


🧾 What’s New

✅ Table View

Browse candidates in a new, easy-to-use table layout, showing key details at a glance:

  • Grade

  • Specialty

  • Region

  • Last activity date

  • Compliance progress

🎯 Filters

Quickly find the right candidates using powerful new filters:

  • Grade

  • Specialty

  • Region

  • Pipeline status (e.g. New, Contacted, In Progress)

📋 Compliance Completion

See how much of their compliance doctors have completed on Messly — helping you prioritise who’s ready to work.



⚡️ Actions You Can Take

  • Add Notes: Leave comments to track conversations or next steps.

  • Reassign Recruiters: Move candidates to another recruiter on your team.

  • Mark as Priority: Highlight top candidates for quick access.
