Four steps — Alert, Profile, Message, Call:
Alert — you get an email (and SMS if you want) when a physician matching your criteria completes onboarding.
Profile — you open their anonymous profile and decide whether they're worth your time.
Message — if yes, you click "I'm Interested," attach two or three example assignments, and send a short personal message.
Call — if the physician is interested, they book a call directly into your calendar. You get their full name and contact details in the calendar invite, and from there they're your candidate.
Between alerts you do nothing. There's no database to search or mine.
