Messly is a sister company of PracticeMatch. We work through PracticeMatch's database of around 1.4 million physicians to identify the small percentage who are genuinely looking for locums work right now, and invite them to build a Messly profile. On top of that we run our own physician marketing, and in the UK and Australia a lot of physicians come through word of mouth from other physicians who've used us.
