Physicians can speak to up to five agencies, so some will choose another agency's assignment — that's the competition working as intended. What we don't want is a physician using your introduction in bad faith. It's hard for us to police, but if you have concerns about a specific physician, flag it to your Messly account manager and we'll investigate.
