Under My Availability you set the hours when you can take a call from a physician. Block out breaks, team meetings and vacation. Calls default to 15 minutes.
Check the time zone — it defaults to Central. Each party sees times in their own time zone, so once yours is right it works across the country.
Keep it current. A physician booking a call and you not showing up is the worst outcome on the platform and it hits your ratings.
