Based on your feedback, we've added a feature to ensure that when you message a doctor on Messly you won't have to worry about other recruiters at your organisation messaging them first.
This means you can take your time to send a thoughtful message with the right jobs for that doctor.
How It Works
When you're ready to message a doctor on Messly you can click 'I'm Interested from their profile page.
(Note that if the doctor is already in an active conversation with someone at your organisation, this button will be greyed out and you won't be able to message the doctor)
You'll be taken to the 'Show an Interest' page to send a message to the doctor.
When you arrive on the 'Show an Interest' page, other recruiters at your organisation will now be blocked from messaging the doctor until you leave this page.
If you visit the 'Show an Interest' page and another recruiter from your organisation is already messaging the doctor, you will see a notification to let you know that you cannot message the doctor.
You can check back later to see if the doctor is still available. If your colleague follows through and sends a message you won't be able to contact the doctor.
As always we recommend messaging a doctor as soon as you receive an email alert from us, but you now have the time to send a thoughtful message with the right jobs for the doctor.
