We still experiencing email deliverability issues with Microsoft Outlook. This problem is affecting our communication with recruiters and doctors and may lead to missed emails containing important updates, new doctor profiles, or other essential information.

Our emails are being inadvertently directed to the Junk Mail folder in Microsoft Outlook. We are currently investigating this with the Microsoft support team.

To ensure you don't miss any important communication, please follow the steps below:

1.. Check your Junk Mail folder for missed emails

To access your Junk Mail folder, simply open your Microsoft Outlook, and locate the "Junk Mail" folder on the left-hand side of your inbox.

2. Mark the emails as not junk

To ensure that our emails are not treated as junk in the future, follow these steps:

a. Open the Junk Mail folder in Outlook.
b. Right-click on the email from Messly (talent@messly.co.uk or support@messly.co.uk).
c. Select "Junk" from the context menu.
d. Click on "Never Block Sender" or "Not Junk" from the sub-menu.

e. Confirm you would like to add Messly to your Safe Sender list

This will move the email to your inbox and help prevent future emails from being marked as junk.

3. Download the Messly app

As an alternative solution, we recommend downloading the Messly app. By doing so, you'll receive notifications of new doctors going live and other important updates directly on your phone.

You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Ask your IT teams to whitelist our email addresses

Although we have already contacted the IT teams to resolve this issue, we encourage you to ask your IT department to whitelist our email addresses: talent@messly.co.uk and support@messly.co.uk. Whitelisting will ensure that our emails are delivered directly to your inbox and not marked as junk.

We apologsze for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@messly.co.uk.

Thank you for your continued support and for using Messly.
