With August rotation upon us, we're encouraging all recruiters on Messly to update their pipelines early and letting us know which doctors have been booked for work. You can do this by marking the conversation status as 'Started Work' on Messly.
There are a number of benefits from marking doctors as 'Started Work':
1) Tailored Content:
Telling us which doctors are starting work allows us to provide them with timely and helpful content before August. We'll send F3s a welcome pack with some top-tips on locuming and how to make the most of their F3 locum year. This includes dealing with anxieties and common problems when starting locuming, and a link to our support group to ask questions to other F3 doctors.
We hope this content will encourage these doctors to stay in posts for longer.
2) Boosting Your Conversion Metrics:
As Messly becomes more competitive, doctors are paying more attention to recruiters profiles and conversion rates. Updating your bookings on Messly means you'll get more testimonials to showcase how good you are, and we'll encourage doctors to write testimonials for you. This will assist you in convincing doctors to choose you over other options and convert more doctors from your pipeline.
3) Securing the Booking:
Many F3s are still exploring multiple options. The sooner you confirm their employment via Messly, the more likely they are to stick with their choice rather than opting for other agencies or banks. Our communication initiatives will reinforce this and they will will be bound by our Code of Conduct.
How To Update Your Pipeline:
You can update your pipeline by heading to your Conversations page and clicking on the current conversation status.
From here you need to select 'Started Work'.
You'll be asked to provide some specific details on the placement the doctor has been booked for.
Once this has been confirmed, your stats will be updated immediately. We'll also notify the doctor and update the leaderboard.
