We've made two important changes to doctors' location preferences on Messly.
1. More Specific Regions on Doctor's Profiles
We now display more specific information on the doctor's profile, classified by specific counties rather than broad regions in the UK. This is particularly useful for larger areas (e.g. Yorkshire, Scotland, Wales) which are now broken down into their smaller constituent area, so you will now get more detailed location preferences from the doctor's profile.
You can view the updated region information on the doctor's wish-list and email alerts.
2. Support for GP Surgeries by Region
Based on the above changes you can now offer GP jobs based on counties rather than broad regions. When searching for an organisation to add - you can search for 'GP Surgery' followed by the name of the county.
3. Full details of counties
Here are a full list of all the counties we have updated, mapped to the broad UK regions. If you would like us to make any amendments to this - please let us know.
