You can report any issues you have with a doctor's profile to our team directly through the Messly website.

Our team thoroughly checks every profile before they go live however a doctor may change details on their profile or you may encounter issues with a doctor once you've spoken to them.

Reporting issues to us ensures the profiles you see on Messly are accurate and up-to-date.

How It Works

On the header section of the doctor's profile page, you can click 'Report Profile' to bring up the reporting popup.

On the reporting popup, you'll be asked to provide specific details of the issue you would like us to investigate. The more detail you can provide the better.

Once you've submitted your issue, one of our team will review the issue you have submitted.

Here are some examples of issues that commonly get reported to us.

  • Profile is missing some key information

  • You're having an issue messaging or contacting a doctor

  • You've spoken to the doctor and encountered issues

  • You've found issues with a doctor's GMC registration

  • You believe a profile is fake
